Our founders met while rescuing the same client: a contractor whose books had been set up wrong, “fixed” wrong, and then abandoned by two different providers. One of us knew construction accounting; the other knew QuickBooks Desktop down to the database. Together, the rebuild took three weeks instead of three months.

That project became the model for the firm: pair real accounting judgment with deep software expertise, quote a fair flat price, document everything, and leave the client more capable than we found them. A decade later, that's still the whole playbook — just with more advisors running it.
